City Restores Bulk Sewer Network Infrastructure In Umhlathuzana

The city has achieved a major milestone in its efforts to restore the bulk sewer network in uMhlathuzana River area.

Significant progress has been made, with the sewer inflow now successfully reconnected to the uMhlathuzana Wastewater Treatment Works (WWTW). This achievement has resulted in a significant amount of effluent spillage being contained and prevented from entering the river.
